What Documentation Do You Receive?

Every Greenbean-coffee shipment includes five documents: ICO export certificate, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, weight and quality certificate, and an SCA cupping report. EUDR compliance documentation with GPS polygon traceability is included for all EU-bound lots.

ICO Export Certificate

Required by most importing countries as proof of origin and quality. Issued by the Ethiopian Ministry of Trade.

Certificate of Origin

Confirms the coffee originates in Ethiopia. Required for customs clearance and preferential tariff access in the EU, UK, and other markets.

Phytosanitary Certificate

Government-issued certificate confirming the shipment is free from pests, diseases, and contamination. Required by US, EU, GCC, and most Asian markets.

Weight and Quality Certificate

Issued after official weighing and grading at the ECX facility.

Cupping Report

SCA cupping score and flavour profile for each lot. Available on request.
